You pay for apps in production. Not for seats, not for hours.
The entry is bounded up front: one week, one workflow, one price. You get it in an offer after the scoping call, before we start, and then it doesn't move. From go-live you run on a monthly plan that covers operations, support and review of your team's changes.
Scoping call
Half an hour on your processes, with a concrete outcome.
Book a slot →- We walk through your processes and their weak spots
- We pick one bounded workflow for the kickstart
- After the call we send an offer with the scope, timeline and price
- If Fabrika isn't the right fit, we say so directly
Fabrika Kickstart
One week that starts your fabrika. On Friday the first app is in production, and your team has seen the whole process.
Set up your kickstart →- Mon: we map the workflow with the people who run it
- Tue–Thu: we build the app on the full stack
- Fri: the app runs in production, in your infrastructure
- Includes user and access management
- Standard, repeatable deployment from day one
- Your future builder sits in and learns
Fabrika Foundation
Operations, support and review for your team as it builds. For one or two apps. Follows the kickstart automatically.
Discuss the details →- 1–2 production apps
- L1 support 8×5
- Access management and deployments
- Platform updates and health checks
- Review of every change your team ships
- A change workflow: feedback from operations has a clear path
- Building each additional app is charged separately
- Optional: we implement change requests for you (extra fee)

Tailored setup after a scoping call.
What we handle separately
The kickstart is deliberately bounded to one workflow. That's what keeps the week and the price. Four things often come up around it, and we handle them as separate packages:
- Historical data migration. Years of orders sitting in spreadsheets or an old database move into the new app, so you don't start with it empty.
- Legacy system integrations. We connect the app to the accounting, ERP or warehouse system you already run, so nobody retypes data by hand.
- A day with your next app. When your team starts building a new app, we come in for a day, help set it up and get the first version moving together.
- Changes done by us. Until your team has hands free for changes, we implement the requests ourselves. It costs more than the plan alone and ends whenever you say.
The ground rules
- 01 You pay by the number of production apps and the level of support. We don't count users: add the whole company, the price doesn't move.
- 02 After go-live, your team makes the changes and we review every one of them. That's what the plan covers. If we're to make the changes ourselves for a while, we agree on that separately.
- 03 The plan starts only once the app runs in production. There is no separately billed “finishing touches” phase.
- 04 AI always runs through your own plan. Your people use AI under your own provider account, so you see exactly where things flow. We never train anything on your data. And we're happy to help you pick the provider that makes the most sense for you.
- 05 The code and the data are yours. If you ever wanted to leave, you take the whole system with you, documentation included. The way out is built in, not negotiated.
Start with a half-hour call
Together we pick a workflow that fits the kickstart. If we're not a good match, we tell you straight. That saves time on both sides.
Capacity: 2–3 kickstarts per month.
