Your company makes its own apps. We get it rolling.
Contember Fabrika is a way for your company to make its own business apps without an IT department. It's for companies that run their operations in spreadsheets and e-mail today. In one week we build the first app with your people and put it live, then your team builds the next ones and we cover its back. What comes out isn't an app clicked together in someone else's box, it's real software you own.
Managed access, every change reviewed, every action on record.
That's how long we've been building software.
The fabrika is yours. The next apps come from your people.
Contractually guaranteed operations. Always someone to call.
What gets made, and how fast
The pattern for anything where one person asks and another approves: holidays, business trips, small purchases.
The pattern for any register: contracts, vehicles, equipment, certificates. A record card, deadlines, reminders.
Field entries on a phone: trips, work done, quick reports. Anything written on paper today and retyped later.
A document arrives, makes its approval rounds, gets matched. A purchase request or a production requisition works the same way.
Enquiries, offers, open deals. Not a hundred-field monster: exactly the steps your sales actually takes.
Hours by project, straight into billing. The same shape works for machine logs, shifts or service visits.
A login for your clients: order status, documents, requests. Your app facing out, not just in.
An order from intake to delivery, with statuses, history and follow-up steps. Whether you sell goods, services or production.
People, machines or dates against commitments. From production shifts to consultant workloads.
Anything that lives in spreadsheets, e-mail and people's heads today. During the kickstart, a small app is done in a day or two, a bigger one takes the whole week. Nine examples out of many.
It works the same in manufacturing, services, commerce or an IT company. The app follows your process, not the other way around.

Book a 30-min call →Ten years ago this didn't add up. Now it does.
Custom apps used to be for companies with an IT department, or those willing to pay for a long agency project. That's been changing for a few years now. We've been building software for over fifteen, so we see the shift up close, not from headlines.
That's why we built the platform we build on directly for this way of working. Years of building business software went into it.
What changed
AI-assisted development got faster by an order of magnitude. That's why we can promise an app in a week. And why, in time, your own trained person can build them too.
What didn't change
AI made writing software cheaper. It didn't make owning it cheaper. An app still needs to be deployed properly, have its access controlled, and be maintained for years.
What follows
For the first time it makes sense for a mid-sized company to build its own capability for apps. Without an IT department, without a vendor at every change. Whoever builds it first has a head start of years.
“I've seen AI coding. But who's going to maintain it here?”
These days almost anyone can generate something: a nephew, a freelancer, a capable colleague. And it often even works. But without access management, proper deployment and maintenance, it becomes shadow IT that ends the day its author leaves. That second half is exactly what we do.
How Fabrika handles that second half →Monday: your process. Friday: your app.
The kickstart week isn't the product. It's how your fabrika starts. In one week you get the first app in production and, more importantly, your people see the whole process on a real thing from your operations. From then on the fabrika runs at your place.
Scoping call
Half an hour over your processes. Together we pick one well-bounded process for the kickstart: approvals, records, orders, inventory, reporting. After the call we send you an offer with the scope, the timeline and the price. And if we conclude Fabrika isn't a good fit for you, we'll say so upfront.
Kickstart
On Monday we sit down with the people from your operations and map how the process really runs. From Tuesday to Thursday we build. On Friday the app is running for real: in your infrastructure, with access under control, deployed the standard way. The person who'll be building your apps is there the whole week: the point is that you leave knowing how apps get made at your place.
Your team takes over
From here the next apps come from your team, and we stay behind it: we check every change, support your people, deploy, update and contractually guarantee operations. Two things are optional. When your team starts each next app, we can come in for a day and walk them through the setup. And if you'd rather not touch changes yet, we can implement change requests ourselves for a while. That costs extra and ends whenever your team is ready.
Sound familiar?
Four situations business owners come to us with most often. All of them come down to the same thing: your tools decide how your company works, not you.
You're escaping spreadsheets
Key processes live in Excel and in email. It works for a long time, right up until nobody knows which version is current and the most important spreadsheet lives in one person's head. The fix doesn't have to take half a year. The first app can be running in a week.
You've outgrown your SaaS tools
Ten tools, each for something, none for exactly what you need. Data is scattered, licences keep growing, and processes bend to fit the software instead of the other way around. We won't rip anything out. We start with one workflow alongside what you already have. And the data finally comes together in one place, with you.
Only one agency can change your system
The system works, but only one vendor understands it, and they're busy right now. Every change takes months and costs tens of thousands. We can take a system like that over and modernise it step by step. This time with the code, the data and the infrastructure in your hands.
You're already building on your own
Someone at your company built an app with AI or in a click-together tool, and the business quietly runs on it. But nobody manages access or backups, and it ends the day its author leaves. You don't have to throw it away: during the kickstart we rebuild it on our platform, bring the data over, and your team keeps developing it with our review behind them.
What about the systems you already have?
Nothing gets thrown out and nothing migrates in one big bang. The first app is built alongside what you use today and connects to your data where it makes sense: accounting, warehouse, e-shop. What works stays. What holds you back gets replaced gradually, one process at a time.
You get a system, not a project.
The app itself is the smallest part. Say we built you invoice approvals during the kickstart week. What has to work around it so it lives in your company for years?
Who gets in
Accounting sees everything, a team lead approves only their own department, a temp sees nothing. People sign in with their company account and every action is recorded. There's one place to manage people and their permissions across all your apps. When an employee joins or leaves, it's one change, not a tour of ten systems.
How it got to production
On Friday the app isn't running on someone's laptop. It runs in your infrastructure, deployed the same repeatable way as every app after it. Behind that is a single way to deploy apps and manage their environments. No surprises when the author leaves.
How the next one gets built
A month later you want a contract register. This time your own trained person builds it, a capable user rather than a programmer, with AI assistance, on the same platform we build on. The platform keeps them within safe bounds: they can't break the data or bypass permissions, even if they tried. And we check every change before it goes out.
Who keeps it alive
Half a year in, someone in accounting notices a supplier field is missing. They report it, the change gets approved, made, checked and deployed. An app doesn't die with the person who created it. This is exactly what the monthly plan covers: support for your team, watching over operations, maintenance for the long run.
You know the price before we start
You pay for apps in production and the level of support, not per user and not per hour. The entry price is fixed, the running costs predictable.
Scoping call
We pick a workflow that fits the kickstart. A concrete agenda, a concrete outcome.
Kickstart
One week that starts your fabrika: the first app in production and your team through the whole process. The scope and the price are set in advance, in the offer you get after the scoping call.
Fabrika Foundation
From go-live: support and change reviews for your team, contractually guaranteed operations, the platform included. Covers one or two apps; building another one is charged separately. From $1,800 a month, Fabrika Growth covers up to ten apps with one day of our building work included.
We described the whole service on one page
What Fabrika is made of, what happens on each day of the kickstart week, who does what after deployment, how it compares to the other paths, and answers to the questions we hear most often.
Your first app can be live in a week.
The best first step is a half-hour call. You pick the process that slows you down the most today, and we tell you whether it fits the kickstart, or say plainly that we're not the right match.
